- 30 second Arm Bar each arm
- 10 lunge to twist each leg
- 10 Kettlebell Swings
3-5 rounds
Using a Kettlebell that would challenge you for 10 presses
10 Two Handed Swings
1 TGU Left Arm
15 Two Handed Swings
1 TGU Right Hand
25 Two Handed Swings
1 TGU with a Kettlebell in each hand*
50 Two Handed Swings
*You may want to go light here and play around with how to do the getup
Rest as needed between sets *this is 3-500 total swings, don't underestimate it
